Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Espritco Media LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
1. Cancellation
Custom Products & Services: Once a custom job (design, printing, signage, etc.) is approved and initiated, it cannot be cancelled.
General Orders: Orders for non-customized products may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the production hasn’t started.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable to customized orders unless the product is defective or the delivered service is not as agreed.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
3. Damages or Defects
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
