Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Espritco Media LLP, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation

  • Custom Products & Services: Once a custom job (design, printing, signage, etc.) is approved and initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

  • General Orders: Orders for non-customized products may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the production hasn’t started.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable to customized orders unless the product is defective or the delivered service is not as agreed.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

3. Damages or Defects

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
